Japanese Car Production in China Lowered.

Japanese car makers had lowered their production line out put to very low in China due to market demand and anti-Japan protests that are rocking in Chinese cities over the disputed islands. Some companies had extended their special holidays to their car manufacturing plants while some had restricted to limited production shifts.

On the other hand Japanese car makers are feeling the pinch due to the protests that had lowered their car orders in China where they enjoy 20% market share for their luxury cars models and family cars. In the recent past their supply to the China car market had steadily increased as the Japanese popular brand car makers are opening new production plants and signing joint ventures with the Chinese car makers to run more profitable in the industry.

The rift between Japan and China over islands in the East China Sea had affected the Japanese car sales in the recent months and that had made the sale of American, S. Korean and German cars to increase their sales in the Chinese mainland in the recent months. Placing car orders from the America, S. Korea and German car companies had increased to highest level in the Chinese market in these months.

Although Chinese economy is slowing fast and the world car market is too slowing g a bit. Let's see what the impact the car industry is going to have in this year.
