Indian Car Maker Maruti Postpones Their New Model Release.

India's biggest carmaker Maruti Suzuki has announced that their new model car that to be fuel efficient and with little expensive price as mentioned 800 cc is postponed and it will not be unveiled during this year Diwali festive season. The main reason was the strikes that are caused by their Manesar plant permanent and contract workers.
Unexpected events have turned ugly and one of the company's General Manager (HR) was killed and nearly100 others were injured in the violence that broke out at the Maruti's Manesar plant on Wednesday. Some of he unruly workers set fire to company properties too.
Indian car maker Maruti had accounted that it has lost more than $500 million in lost production where the Manesar plant is a 550,000 vehicle-per-year assembling one. According to a company spokesperson of the Maruti Suzuki their Manesar plant will remain closed for the third day today (21/07/2012) due to the violence that was erupted on Wednesday this week.
